Drutopia is free and fully open source so you can set up and host yourself if you’re technologically savvy. That said, it’s complicated to install and most shared hosting platforms are not great for modern Drupal sites yet—which we know is a real problem. We work to make the process better for all and there are Drutopia developers that can work with you through the process of getting set up.
